It was the night before Christmas Eve that I had the chance to photograph this fun and energetic family of 16. It was a rare opportunity to have this many family members together, so Mrs. Malone thought it would be a great idea to have everyone photographed.

Even though it was a little cold out at 33 degrees this family was determined! I didn't hear one person complain. The children were full of joy and were all cooperative. Usually I'm a natural light photographer  and thats what I prefer...but I'm very happy with how this session came out. Of course it helps that the Malone's are a very photogenic group of people.

So grateful I had the chance to photograph this wonderful family on a perfect Saturday in December. Overcast has been my favorite type of outdoor lighting combined with great photography skills  to create stunning photos.

Sammy and Ashely are quite the catch. Sam has toured with musicians Toby Mac and Sanctus Real. He and Ashely serve in the collage ministry ( SOMA) at North Point Church in Toledo. If you want to be challenged  spiritually; you can check his blog out here.

They have a beautiful daughter BeBe and a baby on the way. If i can sum this family up in a phrase, I would have to say "passionate go getters".  Enjoy!
